KINGDOM TRAILS UPDATE: Summer is in full swing with long days and beautiful sunsets. The KT network is in amazing shape thanks to our fabulous trail crew and dedicated volunteers. Today, we are excited to announce the opening of two new trails! We would like to thank the owners of the Wildflower Inn, for allowing the newly constructed Beltway trail, which relieves bike congestion on the Darling Hill Rd. We would also like to thank Burke Mountain, for allowing the newly constructed Stubborn trail, as an alternative to riding on the Dashney Road. Both of these trails are important for increasing network connectivity, overall community safety, and minimizing the need for bike travel on the roads. We are grateful for these gains, as these additions were identified needs in our recent Network Capacity Study.

As we head into a busy holiday weekend, we ask that trail users Ride With Gratitude by communicating respectfully, adhering to our policies, and enjoying the unique and serene beauty of the Northeast Kingdom.

With Gratitude,

Team KT
