Norwich faculty and students co-authored several sections of the recently released Report Card for Vermont’s Infrastructure. Katrenya Vietrova co-authored the energy section with Tara Kulkarni while Tara also co-authored the drinking water section and contributed to the peer review of the report’s executive summary.
