59 percent of applicants to Marlboro College were admitted for fall 2018

At Marlboro College, 86 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 56 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Marlboro enrolled 142 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 4.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

13 percent of undergraduates are residents of Vermont, and 84 percent are residents of other states. 3 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (73 percent) and Black or African American (4 percent).

The school admitted 59 percent of the 156 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 40 percent enrolled.
