BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - MUST CALL TO SCHEDULE
Vermont Department of Health provides vaccinations (including the flu vaccine) at no charge for those who are under 65 years old and who meet the following criteria:
*Uninsured, or
*A patient of a medical practice that cannot receive vaccine from the Vermont Vaccines for Children & Adults program
