This fall, third-year students entered the first cohort of a fellowship, funded by a grant from the Henry David Thoreau Foundation, that prepares them for careers in habitat restoration.
In addition to coursework, the program requires participants to complete an internship with one of several partners, including Vermont Audubon and the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps.
