Reducing Substance Misuse is a key strategy of United Way of Northwest Vermont that has become an important focus over the last couple of years. This video explains how we are bringing people and organizations together to find local solutions and strengthen efforts to reduce substance misuse and educate our community.

In this video Northwest Vermont Regional Prevention Network Manager and National guard Airman, Mahat Abdullahi and SAMHSA Program Manager at Howard Center and Turning Point of Franklin County Emergency Department Recovery Coach, Melinda White share their experiences and give insight into how they are working within our community to reduce substance misuse.

Together we can reduce substance misuse and promote well-being for ourselves and our neighbors.
