Trinity Bantams, featuring former Vermont Academy guard Jared Berry, secured a 69-66 victory over the Tufts Jumbos in the NCAA Division III Tournament on Thursday, March 19.
Allen County War Memorial Coliseum was the site of the 6:30 p.m. tipoff.
Berry tallied 14 points, five rebounds, one assist and one steal in 16 minutes on the court.
The Bantams will play their next tournament game Saturday, March 21, at 8:05 p.m. at the same venue.
