THE VT AFL-CIO CONGRATULATES UNION MEMBER AARON JUDGE, OF MLB PLAYERS ASSOCIATION, ON BREAKING THE AMERICAN LEAGUE HR RECORD

Tonight New York Yankee Aaron Judge hit his 62rd home run of the season, surpassing Roger Maris for the American League single season home run record.  Judge is a Union member affiliated with the Major League Baseball Players Association.  While the Vermont AFL-CIO (being in New England) may have preferred someone from the Red Sox to have reached this remarkable achievement, we must give credit where credit is due (even if it is to a Yankee – lol).  So congrats to Aaron Judge on making sporting history tonight!
